Focused on the customer – PFEIFER managers further develop customer-oriented strategy

More than 120 PFEIFER managers will meet from July 8 to 10 for a three-day conference. At this Managers Convention the top management of the PFEIFER Group as well as executives from 19 countries gathers in Ulm, Germany. The aim of the event is to better understand modern customer requirements and to integrate them into the global future strategy.

For the customers

"In the future, we not only want to supply our customers’ worldwide high-quality products and application-oriented know-how, but also offer them the entire PFEIFER service package they need," says owner and CEO Gerhard Pfeifer. "This is why we take the time to further raise our awareness of customer needs.“

Workshops and exchange of experience

Simple ordering processes, flexible supply chains, fast availability, innovative service packages – the range of requirements is large. In methodologically guided workshops, managers and international representatives from sales, customer service and strategic departments will exchange their experiences, work out improvement potentials and further develop the strategy for an optimal customer experience.
